At EquiRestore™, we stand behind the comfort and care your horse deserves. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — here’s how:

🕒 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

We accept returns if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The item is not as described

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

🔄 Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days

  • All returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

🔁 Replacements

If your item arrived faulty or damaged, we can:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund
